The advanced developments in Information Communication Technology (ICT) have drastically changed library scenario. Electronic Information Recourses are becoming more essential source for research community. The UGC-Infonet Digital Library Consortium is major initiative of University Grants Commission (UGC) to bring qualitative change in academic libraries in India. This study focuses on the awareness and use of UGC-Infonet consortium by the research scholars of science and technology (S&T) discipline of “University with Potential for Excellence” (UPE) awarded Universities of Karnataka state i.e. Karnatak University, Dharwad (KUD) and University of Mysore, Mysore (UMM).
