The present study investigated the use and non use of public library services in the digital age with special reference to Kurukshetra district library. A survey method was used to collect the primary data. It was found that 93.44% were male respondents. It was observed that most of the respondents 42.62% were use the library less than one hour. A majority of respondents were using the library for reading e-news wspapers/magazines purpose and most of the respondents were faced problem as lack of time to use the library services.
