Social isolation is the lack of social communication, connexion with other persons. Those who socially isolate have a lack of contacts with family and friends. Library is a social organisation. A library is a collection of sources of material and similar assets. A library is also a treasure-house of information. A well-stocked library is an asset to our society. The purpose of library or information centre is to meet the needs of public. Communication is the conveying or replacing of information by speaking, writing, or using some other medium. Communication helps general people to claim their rights. Communication plays an important role as a foundation for men’s development. Communication helps us with empowers an individual to think. From library people get communication, information as well as education. The communication and educational needs of female sex workers as a community are generally unexposed. Library help them to get education and communication. This article examines the Up-gradation of communication in Socially Isolated Sex worker Females.
