Career Guidance services are one of the core services in academic colleges. This service can be implemented in college library through digital library. In this regard, Digital Library has to play an important role to deliver the career guidance services in an effective manner. With the availability of several free online quiz software packages at the recent time, it is a great pleasure to authenticate such mechanism to promote the career services among the students of academic colleges. Hence it is very precious duty of every academic librarian to stimulate the students in developing their career guidance skill along with other academic skills. This paper would depict the perception of Digital Library in tracking student performance observed in online exam of career guidance.
