This article evaluates the quality services of the Acharya Nagarjuna University Library. Various services of university library were taken up for evaluation. The quality of the different services was analyzed. The sample is classified into different variables like faculty, Research scholars and PG students. This article describes about the relationship between user satisfaction and quality services. These assets and services have to be evaluated in the light of changing faces of libraries and users. Hence, the present study is taken-up to evaluate the quality of services in Acharya Nagarjuna University Library.
