The present paper analysis of the Physics doctoral theses submitted to three universities in Karnataka. This study covers 7728 citations. The study indentify that journal article resource is 5978 (78%) fallowed Books 854 (11%). The reseaecher determine the subject wise distribution of citations, Ranking of Journal source, Bradford law of scattering, Bradford Zones and Journal productivity aspects.
