In the present study an attempt has been made to know the awareness of ICT among the students of Sarada Vilas Teachers (B.Ed.) College, Mysore and also to know the impact of ICT on their academic performance. Survey method was adopted via convenient sampling technique to collect the data required for the study. The study shows that majority of the students are aware of ICT and ICT has a positive impact on their academic performance.
