The existing literature has been collected and reviewed with an eye towards evaluation criteria for printed. It is observe that quit a good number of core research articles were found in these areas. The focus of study is to web portals of health science institutions in Karnataka state. The quality issues in the scientific literature being discussed at present paper simultaneously, the platform, which are used to provide information services need to be examined. Many studies had been conducted in this regard. Keeping in mind, this is an attempt has been made to provide a comprehensive review of related literature on the problem of research. For this purpose, the following sources have been used as primary sources of information.
